I was training a client tonight, Myra Gonzales at mystylesense.com and noticed her Windows Live Writer was still the 2007 version. I tried downloading from the default Windows Live Writer site but she wasn’t getting the version I use. Took some doing, but I finally found out where to download Windows Live Writer 2008 14.0.3920.528 : Click this link.
