So, I’ve started to learn about podcasting since I have a client, pannakaria.com. Ken Robinson would say she thinks when she talks. She isn’t much of a blogger in the traditional sense and I don’t blame her one bit – typing your thoughts out is so much slower than a person’s thought process. It also doesn’t help she types slowly.

I tried downloading from the default Windows Live Writer site but she wasn’t getting the version I use. Took some doing, but I finally found out where to download Windows Live Writer 2008 14.0.3920.528 thanks to Maseko.com

Excerpts, for example, are something I still haven’t got my head quite around yet but I understand what they are for the most part – optional text that summarizes your post. As you can see on my home page, though, I have figured out excerpts and how to make them appear (I can send you my templates if you like). Now mind you, there are still a few things I expect to tweak (I hate the line break and also want to retain HTML tags) but it turns out
