Excerpts, for example, are something I still haven’t got my head quite around yet but I understand what they are for the most part – optional text that summarizes your post. As you can see on my home page, though, I have figured out excerpts and how to make them appear (I can send you my templates if you like). [Continue reading]Looking for some great links and resources for CSS compliant templates? I have some links you might be interested in! In the past, I have produced pages, the old school way with tables and dirty in-line code. CSS is the new pink in web design now. It’s more browser compliant and easier for search engines to read. The basic idea is that with well produce CSS and DIV tags, you can separate content from design. This benefits designers in being able to change the site easily, and it benefits search engines as pages becomes easier to parse (mostly because h1, h2, etc tags and content can be easily identified on a page).
